Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

 

All orders for Shade & Seek products are processed within 1-3 business days unless the product is a custom item, which may require additional manufacturing time (details provided at the time of order). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order is confirmed, but these are for estimation purposes only and cannot be guaranteed by Shade & Seek. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation notice once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the notice.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Shade & Seek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Damage in Transit

 

If you received your Shade & Seek order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
