Return and Refund Policy for Shade Seek

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may return products purchased from Shade & Seek within 90 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Shade Sleek products that were custom-made or manufactured to unique size specifications.

 

3. The Return Process

 

To initiate a return, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your return. All return shipments must be clearly marked with the provided RAN.

 

4. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 

5. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately.
